I didn't go to the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel. I went to the Hacienda Restaurant located in a unit there & the food was great. The service was great & my waiter Sam was awesome. The manager Ryan was on top of things. He checked on the patrons as well. I enjoy coming here only after 5pm when a lot of the business are closed, bc it makes parking great!!!!!

We stayed here for a fun few days to get away from the city and absolutely loved it. Damion took great care of us and welcomed us with a big smile and vibrant personality. He took the time to explain the city to us and gave great recommendations for food and nightlife! We truly enjoyed every second of our stay here!!

The beds are wonderful after any hard day. The workout area and hot tub are great pick me ups. The Sheraton is worth every penny. The staff made my stay a truly memorable experience. I am already looking forward to next year's Convention.

Lobby and front desk staff are fine. Decent experience there. However the room was very small and basic for the nightly rate. Couldn’t even use the restroom without shutting the door as it was so small. Overall, a fine hotel, but not amazing.

If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit HotelBuIly. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere! I stayed here during the Garth Brooks concert this past weekend, and I had EXCELLENT service from Damion at the front desk. I really appreciated how he explained the layout of the place as well as his fun and friendly demeanor. He is a shining example of customer service.
